Any advice for easing lower back pain during pregnancy?
My lower back is miserable all the time. Heat helps, but doesn’t make it stop hurting. What can I do to alleviate the pain that is not going to be harmful to my baby?
you can try alleviating some pressure by laying on your side with a pillow between your legs.
Or, if you can, try a prenatal massage. I know they can be expensive, but they really help ALOT! About a month ago (so about 28 weeks) i thought i would die from back pain alone- i treated myself to a massage and i STILL feel great. Just make sure that the masseuse is experienced in prenatal. OR- have your partner/spouse massage you will a massage tool or hands! 
you can also try warm baths (like you said)- or if it is truly awful- Tylenol on occasion will help.
