Question on Cranberry Juice and Urinary Tract Infections?
So i’ve read in many places Cranberry juice is excellent for the health of your urinary tract. Seeing as I suffer from a lot of UTI’s this is important to me. I have some Sam’s Choice Cranberry Juice Cocktail, which I just realized isn’t as much cranberry juice I thought. It says it only contains 30% juice. My question is will this Sam’s Choice that I have be affective for keeping my urinary tract healthy and keeping infections away? Or will it do more harm than good? Does anyone have any suggestions for a pure 100% cranberry drink they may have bough before? I’ve heard it’s sour, but that’s okay. Thanks!
Alrite Thanks. I figured the pure juice would be better but all I have at the moment is the juice cocktail. I’ll have to get some of the pills or something…
You need to have pure cranberry juice for it to be any good for you. This will just be like drinking regular juice, neither good no bad. If you don’t like the taste of the pure juice, try taking cranberry pills that you can get from GNC, they are just a crushed form of cranberry with no additives.
