My Urinary problem… help…… i cannot sleep well…?
I usually sleep at 11pm , and wake up at 10am… but… i got some urinary problem.. i drink the water before 5 hours i goes to sleep.. then.. when next day , i feel my urinary bladder cannot store the water in my stomach and i had a little bit pressure?? or pain on my stomach like we want to immediately go to the toilet.. then i sudden wake up… it’s 6am..or 7am… it’s too early i wake up.. i cannot sleep well until 10am..
Make sure you use the bathroom before bed, and if you have to, get up in the middle of the night to use it again so that you can go back to sleep and get plenty more rest before 10am. This may require you setting an alarm.
Limit the amount of coffee you drink, because this will make you need to pee more. Other diuretics(things that make you pee) include lemon, tea and large quantities of water. Try to use the bathroom every few hours while you are awake so that you aren’t holding it for hours when you go to sleep.
