How much cranberry juice do you drink a day for health benefits? Does it matter what kind of d?
I'm looking for better urinary tract health by drinking cranberry juice. It has a lot of calories, so do not "want to consume an enormous amount of each day.
In fact, I take cranberry pills. They usually have horrible urinary tract infections again and again, but since I started taking cranberry pills (You can find in the vitamin aisle), I have not had one since I started taking them! I am very impressed. In addition, I discussed with my doctor, and she is really happy that I am I taking, so I'm assuming that she approves of them and think they are safe.) This could be much too much information, but my infections urinary tract are caused by sex, so after a time, I take 3 tablets of cranberry to help (usually only have 2 every morning), and since I starting to do this, I had another. Therefore, my main point is: I had a really hard time remembering to drink enough cranberry juice (plus calories as you mentioned), so now take cranberry pills, and I am a HUGE FAN! I think the benefits are even better than just drinking cranberry juice, because you can get even more on your system.
