I have low back ache and aching in my upper right butt cheek. Don’t know what it could be?
I lift weight’s and weight train a lot, do cardio etc. Could any of this be the reason? Also i sit in a stationary position quite a lot at a computer desk. Could any of these be the cause? Been doctors and he told me to take painkillers, and if it persists go back. It’s only been a few days since i saw him though.
