Does anyone know a good way to control/get rid of tension headaches?
I get tension headaches almost everyday. Sometimes I wake up with one in the moring and eventually it goes away, but normally by the end of the day it’s back. Any ideas on home remedies or meds?
I am in college and have no medical insurance, so doctors are out. Yes, college and keeping up with bills, husband, etc. is stressful. Ideas on dealing with stress are appriciated.
