I got a sport injury, Help!?
we were practising stuffs(when 2 pppl run at a ball as if 2 take a shot, and you hit it at the same time to make zero ball movement) and my leg, at the knee, bent sideways (outwards). what should i do for the pain and swelling? streches treatment anything
Btw ive got a game friday (in two days)
Well this injury sounds like you could have injured one of your ligaments or possibly just hyper extended the knee. However i would advise you to get a bag of ice or an ice pack put it on the swelling and wrap it to keep it their.
I would also advise you to see a specialist in your area this sounds like an LCL or MCL sprain
