I have a slipped vertebra, i am going for surgery. Should I be thinking of a payout with worker comp in N.S.W?
I’d did this in the 1st month of 2006 and got sacked from my job within the 1st 6 months. I got another job part time for 11 months and now I can’t work there anymore too. I have Adult Isthmic Spondylolisthesis and have been informed that I am going to have to have surgery on my back. This is going to take time to heel, I have a newborn baby and wife. I don’t know what I should be doing about this? My payments are less than the bills comeing in to the house.I can’t do much around the house to help out and it has been over a week from my last medical certficate when into the insurance company and no check has came back to me.
if you did reported it you could sue. my mom hurt her back at work and ended up having surgery. she also got 100,000 dollars from it. find a lawyer.
