I have a herniated disc in any back.Has make spinal decompression?
What is the best treatment other than surgery?
I had IDD therapy (One of the decompression treatments are many out there), and was the greatest thing I've done! I had done everything else … epidural, physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, steroid injections … and was scheduled for surgery at the ripe old age of 29. Someone told me about IDD Therapy, and although it sounded too good to be true, I was desperate not to cut into. I tried … and it worked when nothing else did. I had the opportunity to collect my daughter for the first time since he was born first, do household chores, and get through my days without any pain. The best part is, reality therapy herniated disc set! I've seen my own "before and after" MRI films. I'm an X-ray technology profession, and I can tell if a film has become a play. These were not. This makes the disc good, bad and good albums even better! I can not really say enough good things about it. Not all treatments are covered by insurance, but worth it for me. I have paid a million dollars, to be perfectly honest. My advice is given a chance. Most people see dramatic results in just two visits. I felt the difference after my first session! Also, you can resume work or other activities once the treatment is done … and only takes about 30 minutes from start to finish … Unlike an epidural, where you can not drive and has to put the whole day. I hope it works as well as for you as it did for me!
