non surgical spinal decompression (with machine by chiropractor )good or bad for herniated disc?
Hi, guys.
I am 30 years old male, weight about 140 pounds.
My syndrome is L5/S1 herniated disc, which pain shoots down to my leg.
My current situation after a injection is that I can walk and sit but i feel constant numbness and sometimes shooting in my right leg.

Good luck,, I know several people that have had it and none I have talked to say it worked. Be very careful of the chiropractors,, the good ones are great, but the bad ones will hurt you,,,, one is partly responsible for me being disabled from a spine injury.
