What is spinal decompression therapy?
I heard about a chiropractor offering spinal decompression as an alternative to back surgery for slipped or herniated disc. What does decompression therapy do?

Basically, it’s a very advanced treatment which pulls the discs back into place and allows them to heal so the injury or symptoms don’t just simply return after.
My experience has been with basic traction; it’s either temporary or doesn’t work. But this works very well and gives lasting results.
