How can I relieve my lower back pain from a spinal tap?
I had a spinal tap done last week to rule out meningitis but it was negative. I had severe headaches for the next few days but then they went away completely. I am having back pain when I bend down to touch my toes and stuff like that. My back feels fine straight up but bending down really far it hurts. Is there any way I can relieve this pain? Also, I have a baseball practice tonight, and is it alright for me to participate fully? Thanks
I would take and anti inflammatory for the time being and avoid baseball, the swing motion will probably make it worse. I have had a spinal tap for the same reason and it will take a while to settle down.
