32 weeks pregnant and I am having moderate to severe sciatic nerve pain. How can I relieve or prevent this?
It is making walking nearly impossible & has been interrupting my sleep. I’ve have the pain for 3 constant days. Sometimes I can walk fine and then the pain becomes severe and I almost stumble.
This is my 3rd pregnancy so I have 2 other children to chase after (ages 20 months and 4 years)

The best thing you can do is use a heating pad on low heat for short amounts of time, and to lay on the opposite side to encourage the baby to move off the nerve. Baths can relieve the pain as well.
