Can a ruptured disk (cervical) cause…..?
Could a ruptured disk or herniated disk cause muscle knots (trigger points?) between shoulder blades, stinging type headaches (that cause sleepiness)
AND possibly EVEN light headedness?
8 yrs ago I had a cervical fussion for a ruptured disk…and was told that I also had two herniated disks.
I had the ruptured one fused. The doctor chose not to do anything about the 2 herniated disks.
I have an appt. with a new dr. in two weeks because over the last couple of years my pains and ailments are increasing in the upper portion of my body…..
Also, I had an xray done by a chiropractor a few months ago that said that there are also bone spurs on the cervical disks.
Anyone that has been through this or thats in the medical profession that has any input would be GREATLY appreciated.

get an inversion table and hang upside down, this will causes the spine to decompress and stretch out and the disk gets sucked back into place
Almost no one in the medical profession will tell you about this because they will not make any money off of you
