23 weeks pregnant – Sciatica pain in buttock?
I am experiencing terrible pain in my right buttock, which i think is like Sciatica. Anyone also experienced this and know of any thing i could do to relieve the pain?
I have mentioned it to my midwife and she gave me a couple of pelvic exercises, but so far they have not helped.

i had this most of the way through my pregnancy, heat packs (not to hot) work,swimming and walking can help as well, but in the end, not much i could do, get a good chair and make sure u have lots of pillows to sleep with toward to the end. good luck
