How did you relieve Pelvic/Back pain during pregnancy?
Baby will be here within a month and a half, I have had this pelvic and back pain since the second trimester. It’s just got to the point where I need some relief, is there anything I can do myself to relieve the pain? And after I delivery will I still have this pain, when I try to work out?
when you are in bed you need to buy a v shaped pilow or arrange your pillows in an upside down v shape and have your head at the point, the two “wings” will support your shoulders and it does reduce the pain even if only for a little while, but will make sleeping a whole lot easier, you also need a pillow between your knees if you lie on your side that helps with the back and pelvic pain, good luck xxx
