How can i get relief or treat a pinched nerve in my back?
stretch! and chiropractic helps as well. if you can get massage therapy a couple times a week, that would help too. i have a really bad back from couch-hopping, sleeping bags, long car rides, car accidents, sports, etc – and massages and chiropractic work wonders!!
