Stiff neck pain remedy needed please help?
i woke up this fine morning and the whole back of my neck is stiff and i am in a lot of pain. no one in home and i have yet to access anyone by phone. any remedies for stiff, painful muscles in neck probably from sleeping wrong??? i am in desperate for helpp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. advil has not helped at all!

It must be a sprain or strain on your neck, you could apply some massage oil if it fail to work you can try using a heating pad. It increases the blood circulation and soothes the muscles.
