Natural pain relief for neck/ back?
Hi,
i was wondering if anyone could help me. i’ve had a neck injury and the pain travels to my back.. its unbearable most of the time. the doctor said the muscles in my neck are out of place, pushing against my spine, making it hurt. i was put on Norspan but went off it cuz it made me so sick. im using a pro tens machine but doesn’t seem to be doing much. i can barely get through a few hours without being in really bad pain. can anyone please help me with pain relief without using drugs..

You may be a candidate for non surgical spinal decompression. Google this in your area to see if you can find a Dr that provies this treatment. You will probably need to have a cervical MRI to see if you are candidate.
