Does anyone know if melatonin somehow can affect the urinary tract?
Well, I used melatonin to treat sleep better for a few weeks and there was an increase in the number of highly wake up to go to the bathroom. I recently stopped drinking and have been off it for about 2 ½ weeks and I have no this problem. Could this be related with my melatonin? I also take Seroquel at night, which is used to treat bipolar disorder. Is it a possibility that my bipolar medication interactions with melatonin to cause an overactive bladder, apparently? Any help would be greatly appreciated! My therapist knows all the medications I'm on told me to try melatonin, which is the scary part. . .
