If the ones who answered my orthotics question could tell if this is normal, I’d appreciate it. Is it?
My ankle just above my right heel swells up if I wear the orthotics too long. Has this happened in your experience? It hurts like hell, and I have to put up with at work. How long does it take to get used to them?
I can’t get any answers in the pain management section.
EDIT: OK, I asked! My partner says this is NOT normal, and suggests you contact your podiatrist asap, as there could be a problem with the orthotic.
