How do you get rid of neck pain quickly?
i was on a roller coaster and it was too hard and now i cant move my neck
it feels very stiff, swollen
anybody have any methods or treatments to get rid of the pain quickly?
besides i already took some ibuprofen and i am taking it regularly every 6 hours i dont want to exceed it so i dont get sick but it isnt helping
Is it sore on both sides? Take one hand go and squeeze the muscle right under your ear and hold for a count of twenty and then slowly extend your head all the way and hold that for a ten count release. There are several groups of muscles there and you will have to find each one and go after them the same way. What you did was get a little whiplash from your head being thrown from side to side.
