neck muscle pain help ?
my neck muscle (the one that joints from your sholder to your neck ) is really hurting when i move my head and i have to lay down all the time now because it is soo bad, what can i do??
I think you should go to the doctors and have it checked out if the pain doesn’t go away, my father had that once and for him it was very painful. It could be something like what he had which was kind of arthritis in the neck joints, but the doctors thought it was at first an infection in the bones. If you still keep having the pain go and have a check up.
