I’m only 13, but I’m starting to wonder why can I crack my neck without using anything?
I can crack my neck without having to use arms.
I’m thirteen.
Is it bad for me to crack my neck at sometimes, because I get a little bit tempted to crack it.
When I do crack it, it makes a loud noise.
People can hear me crack my neck, and they wonder how do I do this?
I’m also wondering if this is neck arthritis.
