Neck Pain/Back Pain?!?!?
I woke up Saturday with some neck and back pain. I don’t know if its the way I been sleeping. I been sick for couple weeks and spent a lot of time in bed. My neck hurts in the back and the top of back hurts and my shoulder. also my arms hurt little bit. I called my cardiologist and he said its nothing serious. Should I use heat or cold pack for my neck? I can’t sleep at night. I been trying to keep straight and sleep different. Is there any other help I can do for my neck/back?
Visit Urgent Care for an evaluation. If you are prescribed a drug for pain such as “Tramadol or Darvocett” do some careful research before using these medications. Doctors like to prescribe these because they are non-narcotic, but the side effects are much worse than the narcotic pain relievers.
