Relief for lower back pain and cramps?
I’ve been having period like cramps and lower back pain (I got that when I was having my periods before too) since yesterday. I’ve also gotten a few BH contractions last night and some this morning. Besides laying down and drinking water is there anything else I can do? (I kept getting BH contractions last night even while laying down and drinking water) I feel so uncomfortable. I’m 26 weeks. Thanks.
