lower back muscle pain?
a few years ago i lifted (i still do) and i know i lifted wrong because i could use a lot of my back in my workouts (such as bench pressing, etc). for a while now ive had muscle problems in the lower lumbar muscles that sometimes hurt, and moving wrong can hurt them too. i also sit in my chair at the pc with an arched back because i slide down in the chair, im sure thats not helping either
does anyone know any exercises that could help strengthen lower lumbar muscles? ive been trying machines at the gym intended to help them, and htey do get a good workout, but if anyone has any tips thatd be great
i have always been told that the more ab workouts you do, the less back problems you can have.. look it up to make sure im right.. oo and ice after every workout!
