What’s the best treatment for a lower back injury?
A 200 lb glass table top fell against my lower back earlier today. I’m having a lot of back around my spine. I don’t want to go to the ER, I want to wait and see my doctor on Monday. What should I do for the pain?
Thanks
I also have lower back problems. Epsom salt is great for aches and pains, (soak in the bathtub for a while) also Ibuprofen works great. And use ice not heat. Heat makes it feel better but makes it worse in the long run it tends to make the back spasm!
