Lower back ache when running in treadmill?

after running for 10mins in the treadmill i get a pain the lower back. So im forced to stop not because of how tired i am but cos of the pain in the back.
It feels as if I have been in an awkward position.

please advise me what to do?
Are there any excercises to strengthen my lower back?

A treadmill absorbs the energy and shock of your footfalls differently than an outdoor surface. Also your gait is thrown off just a little bit by the fact that the treadmill is in motion versus a static surface. These minor changes don’t take long to manifest, think how many steps you take in only 10 minutes. And they are all directed at your spine.
My advice, run outside. I live in WI and even this time of year it is pefectly reasonable to run outside.
If you have to run indoors try finding an indoor track to run on. Preferably a larger one Many large high schools have 160 yard tracks and Colleges often have 200 meter tracks.
Finally if you are set on using a piece of equipment then get off the treadmill and try an eliptical machine. It can increase your range of motion, gives just as good of a cardio workout as a treadmill but is no impact. So no energy has to be absorbed by your back.
