You have to be careful someone who doesn’t know what they are doing could really hurt you, if you can’t get to a professional, those heat bags that you put in the microwave are very soothing for back pain, massage itself will not cure pain you would need to investigate whether or not you had a slipped disc etc but massage would help muscular pain and tension.
