Hi guys! I need your help. What r good exercises for lower back pain?
Plz don’t tell me to go to the chiropractor or dr. i already did.
I struggle with lower back pain when working out. I’ve found that doing sit up crunches with my legs raised (on a ball or wall etc) really helps relieve the pain of doing them normally. Also general stretching on a daily basis ie when you get up and before bedtime. Check things like the mattress, the position you sleep in, general everyday stuff. It can all have an impact.
