Question about Leg Muscle Pain?
I have nagging muscle pain in my leg (the muscle below the calf, above the ankle) which really hurts when i try to run and is constantly hanging around for about a month now, in both legs, left much more than right
Anyone know what it is? how to relieve the pain? How to prevent it for later on?

Well that depends is it the front of your leg or the back. If it is the front of your lower leg you probably have shin splints which can be very painful. The more you run the more they hurt. You need to do a lot of stretching. To stretch the front of your leg point your toes to the ground. Do the same thing with you foot to the right and to the left. You also need to ice a lot 20 min at a time. I also recommend arch supports for your shoe. The number one cause of shin splints is flat feet. If its the back of your leg then its a totally different story. Let me know I can tell you what to do if it is the back.
