incontinence problem im having
idk if i even spelt that word right but ive been having trouble for a while and now I’m proposing a solution for it. its been going on for years now but has been happening more and more now. I’m 23 and wet myself about 3 to 4 times a week so i think its time to be put back into diapers because there is nothing medically wrong. i think Dias is the best thing. i bought some and felt like such a little baby that i cried for some time until my room mate had the nerve to put one of her nieces pacifiers in my mouth so id stop and i did when i had it in. do yoou think if i should do this or not even though my room mate/ best friend will treat me like a baby
You need to see a doctor to determine the cause. It is not normal to have this problem at your age unless you have had a child. If that is the case, your bladder may have dropped. You could try Kegel exercises to see if it helps. You have to do them correctly, regularly and ongoing for them to work. Go to:
