I am having problems when I run, laugh etc with “stress incontinence” Oh dear. I’m not even 40………help!
So what can I do about it. I have a list of pelvic floor exercises, and have tried doing them but when I do, I get symptoms as if I have a bladder infection for about a week, the same if I use one of those internal weight systems. It is awful, and I’m so embarrassed. Does anyone know what might help please?
