How to relieve back pain?
A couple of days ago I began my career in the practice of boxing, which lasted 30 minutes and then I felt back pain = S, I tried the hot water bottle, but still I have pain, my friend also had this for about 3 weeks … How will "cure" it.
The pain is usually muscle tension. Ibuprofen works better on this type of pain, along with rest and heat – be sure to eat with the medication because it can cause stomach upset. – There are creams as "hot ice", "BenGay '- but both have a strong odor.
