Slipped/Herniated Disc in back?
I am pretty sure that I have a herniated disc in my lower back. I’m going to an orthopedic doc. soon, but I just have a few questions. I have had back pain for a good year and a half. The pain is made worse when I excercise, which is hard to live with because I’ve been an athlete all of my life. It hurts more on the left side of my back, and I can can feel a bump type thing on that side. If i lift the opposite leg of the back pain it hurts worse and if i lift the left leg (the side with the pain), it still hurts, but not as bad. The pain also get worse with sitting, especially driving, and i constantly find myself rearranging to find comfort. Sometimes the pain is so severe that I feel like the pain is more on the left, but still on the right side too. Does this sound like a herniated disc?
It sounds like you should rush to the chiropractor. They work wonders when something like a back needs adjusting. They are much cheaper than an MD too.
