Is sleeping on the ground better for back pain?
My back is killing me and my husband told me to sleep on the floor can help with pain. Is it this true?
I have suffered back pain for many years and never in all these years you have been told to sleep on the floor for any medical GP or specialist or therapist. I can not imagine how good it would do well to make the worst. As can be anything, nerve problems, muscle problems, kidney or a number of other things … Ask your doctor for a referral for a CT scan or MRI. The kind of ill treatment or exercises you can do more harm than good and must be taken back is diagnosed before any treatment.
