How does a 19 year old has a sore lower back?
I have 19. For several months I have had low back pain and in some cases were pain abdominal my gynecologist and she said it was fine. I rarely abdominal pain, back pain but it hurts me, not much, but it gets on my nerves. Please help!
the most common causes are the position, work and exersize. do you work at a desk or walking a lot, lift things?
