Foraminal Stenosis

I have extreme discomfort when swallowing,whether solid or liquid. I have had an EGD with no results. Now?

I have severe degenerative disc disease and bone spurs, I also have severe foraminal stenosis in my neck, could either of these things cause the problem?

It could mess with the nerves a little, but most likely I’d get a second opinion from a GI doc. That’s classic achalasia symptoms.
