Pain relief without painkillers?
I recently (this morning) fractured my toe and foot, and have exceeded the the number of painkillers allowed to consume. I’m in extreme pain, does anyone have any suggestions to cure pain, without medicene?
Try a heating pad for soreness and pain. If its inflamed, use ice. Try ben gay or STOPPAIN spray. I use the spray all the time on my neck, shoulders and back. I have a chronic pain syndrome. Sometimes NOTHING works. But try some of those things if you dont have any more pills. Otherwise tell the doctor you are still in excrutiating pain. I hate that they take it upon themselves to decide when your pain should be gone. Its like , EXCUSE ME!? Want me to take a baseball bat and beat you to show how I feel? Im bitter because I go through this crap alll the freakin time.
