Do I have stress incontinence?
I’ve been reading up about this problem I have, I leak if i sneeze, exercise, laugh a lot or anything pretty much! I also have really bad discharge. I went to the doctors and they found no urine infection, or infections in my vagina but they didn’t tell me what next? Do i go back there and say the problem is still on going and ask for more help? Do you know what I can do about my stress incontinence? Yes i’ve been having sex for the last 1 and half years with my boyfriend. I’m 15 female
This is common with females. Try doing kegel exercises. These exercises exercise and strengthen the muscles controlling your urethra. Several times a day squeeze your pelvic muscles as if your trying to stop your pee. Do this whenever you think about it and before long this problem will be gone
