Why do i have persistent lower back pain?
It’s definitely being brought on from doing squats and deadlifts when i work out. The thing is though, is I’ve had many qualified and dependable people look at my form for both, and they all have said it’s perfect. I am completely stumped as to why I still feel a sharp pain in my lower back, a pain that is definitely dealing with the muscles (has nothing to do with joints or spine). I have stepped up the amount of exercises I do to work my core, in hopes that it would solve my problem by strengthening my back muscles, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Could you tell me why I feel this pain and what I can do to eliminate it? Thanks.
I always stretch before I perform my lifts.
Your back is probably out of alignment. There are many causes. you can find info about one of the main causes, adrenal fatigue, on this site. I found his book a while ago and I haven’t had any problems for a while now. Read his articles on adrenal fatigue, and check out the video about his book.
