decompression and pain for bulging disc l4 l5?
had my 1st tx wednesday and was tolded i’b be soar on thursday, didnt have worse pain, took out trash thursday night and could barley walk the rest of the night-too much pain in leg and hip. today is 2nd time for decompression, any idea if i can improve?
Decompression may take awhile to work.
I did not like it, but was able to get some relief
from the treatment by taking my flexeril, percocet
and ibuprofen, and drinking about a gallon of
water each day. I would only have one cup of
coffee in the morning, and rested up most of
the time with my feet elevated. I also used the
back after the treatment, and the next day
alternated ice, rest, heat and rest.
