Is there any help for the pain of degenerative disk?
I am thinking more of a device instead of meds
I do have an inversion table. Maybe I should use it. DUH
I had surgery for this in 04 and started treating with inversion therapy using gravity to decompress my spine and help to fix this problem. It could certainly work for you. Stretching is the key.
