Cause and cure of lower back pain?

I am a 22 year old female, and I woke up yesterday with really bad lower back pain. I thought I just slept wrong, and my husband said I woke up one time and asked him to move his leg because his knee was in my side. I took a muscle relaxer before I went to bed and woke up today feeling better, not 100% but better. Then I sat on an exercise ball for about 30 mins at my desk and now the pain is worse, not as bad as yesterday, but it worse and my neck feels like it’s got pressure on it. Any hints or tricks would be appreciated.
