hey, im 15 and my back is killing me. my back has been a little sore lately but its been killing me since yesterday. lately my back has been sore when i bend over and it was going away nicely untill yesterday when i was at a trampoline place with my friends. theres a smaller but super bouncey trampoline surrounded by foam for safety. i did a rodeo 900 on it but overspun and landed on butt on the foam. trust me. that foam isnt very soft 
but ever since then, my back has been in agony. i cant barely bend over and i hurt my tail bone. how can i get rid of this pain best? just by resting it? by the way, you should youtube rodeo 9. its cool and no it has nothing to do with bulls
