I sent $4300 check for a chiropractic table from Chiro Design Group in Dallas, TX. What court can I persue c?
I sent a check to Chiro Design Group, 6234 Richmond Avenue, Dallas, TX 75214, phone 512-301-0821 on July 30. I have not received the chiropractic table ordered and asked for full refund. I wanted to buy this for my son who is a Chiropractor in PA. Now, my calls are being screened and never returned. I am getting nowhere with their owner. Can I file in my local county small claims court or must I go to the Dallas small claims or another court in Dallas to peruse getting my money back. I believe this is possible an internet and / or check fraud scam. Buyer beware. I would not recommend anyone buying a chiropractic table or any chiropractor equipment from them. I did contact the Dallas BBB, and will contact the Attorney Generals Office as well.
Was for Omni Chiropractic table. How about tthe FTC complaint scam alert route?
BBB hahaha, Right, they are not gonna do anything, believe me, they will ask what is happening and maybe 3 mo later ask again. The client who makes a membership donation to belong to the BBB, in effect pays off the BBB to say they are recognized by the organization. Do you really think, that if I pay you, to register me with you, a respectable organization, that your going to cut off my hand, “Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.”

If the check was cashed, then internet fraud, bank fraud so contact:
Internet Crimes Complaint Center ( FBI’s I C3 Unit) follow directions as asked about the site etc..
