How can i explain in a resume that I was the only employee for a doctor..?
Sole employee for Neurologist in Private Practice is what i have now but i need something better. Basically I just want employers to know that I was the only one other than the doctor who worked in the office. I pretty much ran the office by doing both front and back medical assisting.
Thanks so much…
also advice for my objective…Im applying for a receptionist job for a chiropractic office.
State just that, I was the office manager, running the entire office, I scheduled patients, did billing and collections, and every other responsibility you had.
If you have give specific examples, or statistics such as “I took the office from 10 patient visits a week to 50 patient visits a week” you are much more likely to get hired.
For the receptionist job, this is what I like—she walks right up to me, with a huge smile and shakes my hand(first to greet) and starts asking me what I want, and she starts telling me ways that she can do that for me based on her experience.
Be very willing, and tell him that, tell him that you would love to learn any scrips that he has and that you will do things exactly how he wants them done.
