How to relieve back pain quickly and without drugs of any kind?
I am a technician. Head Intelligent Light of my theater and therefore I have to sit on a metal stool for about 4 hours. Can not change to a chair, because then I can not see over my monitor to see my lights and displacement machines are not options. Sitting in this position really need a number on the back and shoulders. Does anyone have a technique to relieve the pain?
Put some heat in it. Take a hot shower / bath, use a heating pad or water bottle, or buy one of those pills pain relief heating can be found in most stores.
