Is it possible that a daily dosage of 20mg Nortriptyline could cause a slight case of urinary incontinence? ?
Probably not. This class of medication can cause urinary RETENTION.
Another drug in this class, Imipramine, is used to treat urinary incontinence.
UNLESS you’ve retained so much urine that your bladder is completely bloated and full and now that urine is trickling out because there’s no room left (Overflow Incontinence). Then you need a catheter to get that urine out and probably stop taking that med. Are you totally full and bloated?
